In Canada you can't bring anything other than a pencil and glasses if you need them.they supply code book and calculator to take the test so we learn on that type of calculator that is so there are no cheating notes

Ability to use the book should be key and foremost. My 1st boss's father's nj license number was under #30 so we were always taught how to use it instead of remembering it as a whole

Good morning, question ,my dialysis nurse has a table top microwave and she says the breaker turns off ,so I told her to check what’s off in the house and what’s connected so I gave her a male plug outlet tester to see what plugs are off ,did I do right

Yes and if too many things on it maybe run a dedicated plug to the microwave.

NEC cover to cover in less than 30 days? Not possible. It isn't a story book. It is a very dry and boring book. It is for reference and not for reading to the end. Be familiar with the things you're working on and don't attempt to remember everything...just know the numeric articles and know where to open the book when you need to know.

New home owner here.. My outlet with bottons on it in the bathroom pops when I plug my radio on while taking a bath or shower. Super odd. I removed it and installed a normal one without bottons and it's fine now. Is that OK?

If your breaker isnt tripping with the new outlet installed then it was probably the old GFCI(outlet with button) itself, if you would've swapped it with a new GFCI then it most probably would've worked same way your new outlet is operating.

It is against code. Just put in a new GFCI.
