In this tutorial video, DIY Alex is teaching all about the 2x2 Cricut Card Mat for Cricut Explorer and Maker. This Cricut 2x2 card mat is different felm the Cricut Joy card mat. Using the 2x2 card mat can be very intimidating, so we are going to break it down step by step so you can make Cricut cutout cards for the holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, and so much more!

Thank you very much for this tutorial. I bought the card mat 2x2 but the only cards I had it was the R10. And this mat it worked perfect with the R10 insert cad, they came out beautiful. The card mat work well with this insert cards. Thank again.

I just purchased one. I would assume this mat will lose its stickiness what do you do with the mat? Hopefully not keep buying those mats whereas they are not cheap

Eventually you’ll have to buy a new mat. You can clean it with dish soap and hot water but they do wear out.

Definitely seems complicated. I'm a silhouette Cameo girl who has decided to use the cricut that I purchased 2 years ago.. I purchased this mat and a few kits but watching this made me regret it...I'm definitely discouraged.
