Hi, I've just taken ownership of a bullet for my business. Was just wondering if they had the drop tray underneath the door custom made to prevent beans flying everywhere? Cheers

The bullet is amazing and totally worth the money. I use it for samples , experimentation and demonstration. Only problem is their sorftware environnement that is really bad, they should make it easier to use Artisan with it.

Interesting, we have found their stand alone software very good, it has replay functionality, upload and download from the net. Yes it’s a bit different to artisan but it’s still very functional. Cheers luke

I don’t like the fact on the show floor, they added on the bean deflector which the actual roaster doesn’t come include with it. Very misleading!

What do you mean by bean deflectior?? Everything in this video comes with the unit? Or did yours not come with a part? Where did you buy it?

⁠@@ArtistiCoffeeRoasters The metal bean deflector attached to the faceplate was not included. I bought my own wooden bean deflector which was handmade by a carpenter. Just type the search word for bean deflector, and it will pop up bunch of images with 3rd parties that make a piece of slab like a water slide that guide the beans safely to the cooling tray without having it spilling all over the table and on the floor! Other commercial roasters called theirs the drum door chute.
