How to use the Blender Poliigon Addon

Has there been any progress or solutions with the import feature not working? I've been trying to get the issue sorted with support but stopped trying to update me on the issue for over a week. It's frustrating to use the purchased credits to buy models, and the add-on wont display the import button. It's forever stuck on "download". I've tried everything. Materials work fine.

Not working for me either. The Import option is just not showing up. It stays on Dowload even if I already downloaded the model

@@wip_42 After 2 weeks of back and forth of bringing up the issue, troubleshooting, documenting, and sending log reports they finally admitted that there is an issue.They went radio silent for a week and I had to keep bothering them for assistance. Def not impressed with the customer service from them not taking the issue very seriously, especially from an actively paying customer. This is the workaround for now. "It appears this issue is affecting several of our older model assets. While we are working on a fix, The short term workaround is to either go into addon preferences and untick the box “Download + Import .blend Files” which will force FBX importing, or to use the quick dropdown menu next to the asset to open the folder location, and manually drag and drop in the blend file to append the asset that way. We are hoping to have a proper fix published this week hopefully, thanks for your patience."

@@AleyzRoYT and others above, sorry about this issue! An update went out several weeks ago to resolve this problem. It was an issue where some files were downloaded into wrong folders (thus not detected for import), on top of an issue of logic handling of the cancel download button. Please reach out to support if any issues persist!

I downloaded the blender add on but its not letting me make an account at the poliigon website. I click the “sign up with email/facebook/google” and it doesn’t take me to the sign up screen or anything, anyone else having this issue ?

I am using a MacBook for some reason the file doesn't download correctly for me and if I try to drop the file into Blender it does nothing. has anyone encountered this ?

Go into edit mode, press 3 for the face selection, select all and uv unwrap with the one that fits best
