Is there right or wrong method? I’ve watched a few videos most uses the soft brush first followed by the silicone part. But this one starts with the silicone part I think I found the answer “By cleansing first you help removing dirt, sweat and make up off skin's surface. You are then working with a clean base to then exfoliate away dead skin cells that can pile up on skin's surface.”

I use the silicone part first to clean. After that I use the bristle part to exfoliate.

Hello Arina! Yes you can use the same cleanser. The pink side is for exfoliating and the white side is for cleansing so feel free to use the same cleanser or switch it for an exfoliator for a deeper cleanse.

You can clean it simply with hot water or buy our Brushworks Brush Cleaning Tray and use it to scrub in between the bristles

Hi there, this is completely your choice. If you would prefer to work in your cleanser before using the brush, then you can. Or you can apply the cleanser directly to the brush first. All cleansers work on this brush and will give you a deeper clean than just using your hands. Hope this helps :)
