05:04 - I don't understand. So you use a facial scrub AND the cleansing brush after? Isn't that a bit harsh on the face? I thought the scrub would be sufficient enough? Interesting. So in summary, if you have healthy skin it's not really necessary unless you want to pamper yourself with gentle exfoliation. I read somewhere using them too often can also completely disrupt the skin barrier, causing irritation, acne and dryness of the skin so your recommendation on not overdoing it was spot on! I think I'll stick to my hands and the occasional washcloth, lol. Thank you for this most interesting vid doc!

Your hands are good enough to properly clean your face, but in my case there are times when i feel the need for a deeper more thorough cleansing and that’s when i use my silicone cleansing brush but not with a scrub- often with a foaming facial cleanser. I agree, too much exfoliation is never good for the skin 🙏🏻

You can start by identifying why it darkened and put a stop to it? Could it be from friction? irritation? After that u can try using OTC whitening creams or lotions :) If not effective I suggest a consultation with a derm :)
