Hello, I want to ask if the grinder breaks, can I order a new one, or can I just put ground coffee in, will it work, thank you.

Hey there, If your grinder breaks you will need to take the machine to a service centre. You cannot change the grinder yourself at home, a tech will need to assess it. You can use the bypass chute as it is not related to the grinder. Thanks!

I have this machine and it will not grind the beans. A little wrench icon comes up and supposedly it means to clean the coffee outlet duct out but I’ve done it many times and nothing. Any suggestions?

Hi there, sorry to hear this, this is not common feedback we get. Ensure the beans you are using are not oily, they should be matte in colour and try in texture. Ensure your grind size is somewhere in the middle, you dont want to be too fine or too coarse. Hey there, Thanks for the question. I am not familar with a model called "anima class". The Anima line has the Anima Prestige as shown in this demo video, or the Anima Black. The Anima Black has black housing and a manual steam wand. Ciao for now!

Hey there, The unit includes a black small water spout that you simply clip into place when the carafe is not in use. You then select 'hot water' from the beverage options. Thanks.

Hey there, The max cup height is 14 cm. You can control and program the volume per beverage. Depending on the beverage being made the max volume will differ. The max volume is usually between 6 to 8 oz on most beverage options. Have a great day!

huh filter coffee, you would make a americano basically, think the 3200 latte go is a better option, this is an older machine now, around at least 5 yrs

Hi Steven, Gaggia is an Italian company! Certain units are made in Italy and certain units are made else where in Europe, like Romania. The Anima Prestige is one of the units still made in Italy!
