Hi, I am 40+, and I am already using Buffet + Copper peptide serum. It's good serum. My question is, can I use this peptide for eye concern like dark circles puffy Ness and fine lines or I should go for new multipeptite eye serum. And can we use both the peptides same time on the face. I use retinoid 0.5% in squalane at night alternate days glycolic acid. Can I use peptide eye serum at night with these two also. Pls guide.

Thats a no no, fon't uae any acids with this not glycolic,mandelic or salycilic or differin/ retinoid it will have an adverse reaction. Your skin may get too sensitive and itch or swell. Maybe try using the acids once a wk n don't uae the copper peptide that night. Also it is best to keep it in d fridge n apply it to ur wet face tjst way it will fully absorb into ur skin. For hyalauronic serums n cream esp use it on ur wet face otherwise it will sry out ur skin n pull d moisture out.

Hello, well, Copper peptide doesn't go well with any strong active, like AHA, BHA, PHA or Retinoid, but when it comes to Matrixyl 3000 or any other peptide, you can use them with Retinoids ( but not with AHA, BHA, PHA )... infact using Retinoid with other peptides (except Copper Peptide) actually makes the Retinoid work more effectively on skin, so yep strong acids like AHA, BHA, PHA are absolutely prohibited to be used with any variation of peptide, but Retinoid can be used with peptides ( EXCEPT COPPER PEPTIDE).. Hope this helps.

Hi! You can use either peptide eye serum with the buffet + copper peptide serum at the same time. You probably will be fine if you keep the peptide eye serum on the eye area and other actives/acids on the face. The concern is layering them on the skin at the same time. But do what feels right!

Except the co revised their statement on the website re. use with Tretinoin. Using it in same routine can cause irritation in some which is apparently why they initially said not to use it and are now saying you can but to proceed with caution. Personally, given the backpedaling and waffling re whether this can be used with Tret which I use nightly (and use vitamin C every morning), there’s nowhere in my routine to incorporate it, unless I want to risk skin irritation with tretinoin. Everyone who has reviewed it mentions it leaves a slightly tacky finish, and I can’t see applying my Tretinoin cream to a sticky face. So it’s a pass for now.

The best thing to use around ur eyes are cerave,cetaphil or castor oil nothing else the other products are too harsh

I do every day twice a day and I have sensitive skin. I also use 5% niacinamide 2x day so sometimes my eyelids will get irritated. When that happens I back off the eyelids for a couple days 😊

Can I apply the ordinary multi peptide + ha after the copper peptide + multi peptide? Is it smart doing that? Wouldn’t the peptides from each product interfere with each other or in general wouldn’t I be wasting one of the products? 😅

I would just use 1 product at a time, if you have both you can alternate them each day :)

The ordinary recommends to use seperately. You could use Vit C in the morning, buffet in the evening x or alternative days
