One other way to note how your secondary was before pulling the two sheaves apart is to note where the stock clutch removal tool has marked itself on the inner side when it screws in. That’s saying you’ve never put it back in wrong before hand.

Hi there.Great video.I never had the shim behind the secondary to align my clutches properly,although when I ask the dealer to order one they say they dont show one available.At this point I have excessive belt play between cluches do to the fact that I have shims removed on the front side just so I can shift gears when it's running.Do know where I can get that 16th shim I need behind the secondary?

Maybe do another where you start with a car that isn't already aligned, or one that needs a different size shim?

Hi, great video. Don't think you should remove the primary clutch bolt with a impact gun. It can dephase your crank shaft and cause a vibration. Don't forget the lock tight on the secondary clutch bolt.

Link to more info on this? Every place I have ever seen uses an impact to remove the primary clutch.
