How to use the trailer mode in BMW X7

BMW is aware that X7 owners are often using the trailer mode, so the BMW X7 gets an update. You can now steer the trailer with the iDrive controller and guide the boat or trailer to the perfect spot. Next, the X7 will accelerate or brake to complete the parking maneuver.

This is incredible. I was looking for info on configuring my 2024 X5 for when I have a bike rack on the tow hitch and came across this. I saw all these trailer options in iDrive, but never paid much thought. Now, I want to go tow a trailer just to try this out. With iDrive 8/8.5, Driver Assistance Professional, AR, HUD and Parking assistant, the 5/X5 and 7/X7 cars are tech dreams. I am so very pleased. Thanks for the informative video. Kudos
