Thanks Pavlo, and I finally got my speakers into party up after many frustrating tries. I see no audio settings anywhere. The system is very buggy. In fact, once I'm in party up mode there's no way to get out of it. I also find no way to adjust the EQ and save in party time, as you did. I downloaded the app yesterday 12/4/21, so it is the newest version.

I don't understand why the EQ feature in their App. won't work. I have a Galaxy Samsung A 13 G5 phone. I bought one Megaboom 3 and it didn't work on it, so I returned it and now the second one is doing the same thing. I've spent a bunch of time with tech support with resetting the speaker and redownloading the app and etc......, and they say it should work. Everything else in the app works. Anybody have any ideas. I like the speaker but that's kind of a key feature.

Hi, I'd like to create a playlist from Spotify. The explanation on the app seems to be pretty simple ("go on Spotify, play your song and come back here to save it") but when I go back to the app and tap where it says "playlist 1" it brings me back to Spotify. What should I pay attention to?

The updated app ONLY allows you to register 2 speakers period. I don't understand the logic of this, because to use 3 speakers I run into issues, connecting the 3rd speaker to bluetooth will automatically kick off one of my other boom speakers. So you can party up, but there will be a point to where one of those speakers will disconnect, because you have them hardwired to turn off the speaker if it's not being used after 10 minutes. If I have 3 speakers, then I should be able to register all 3 speakers, so this 3rd speaker will never be able to get an firmware update. This is crazy, update your app

Make sure the app is up to date! If that is all good try resetting the Boom 3 by holding the power and volume down button. Then try the process over again by connecting to BT then opening the app.

Please update the app! I'm not sure what it's like om the apple side, but androids made after Oct 29 2020 which is the last update for the boom app struggles. Cut outs, crackling, white noise, just pure interference after 5 minutes of use if that. I'm running an updated version of the boom app and all speakers are up to date. The app is NOT optimized for any of the new phones which is causing problems. I've used older androids and it works perfectly no problems what so ever but anything newer is terrible. I'm currently trying to use a Note 20 ultra. If the company is lazy because they don't want to optimize it, atleast update it for flagship phones. It's annoying to spend your money and it not work.

Make sure your BOOM app is up to date. The feature is now called PARTY UP. It uses the same drag-and-drop interface to pair together BOOM 3, MEGABOOM 3, and now HYPERBOOM (up to 150 speakers at one time)

I need help with my speakers! I was trying to pair them through the app and one needed an update, so I did as you showed. And the other one needs an update but won’t let me do it through the app! It wants me to use a PC or a Mac, which I would be able to do that, however, Verizon has an “amazing new plan” and now I don’t have a hotspot to do so anymore ☹️anyway to get around this? Or am I stuck with speakers that won’t pair?

I should add: The app says “unsupported” and I’m trying to connect the UE Boom and UE Megaboom. The UE boom is the one that says “unsupported” When I click on it it states “ SPEAKER NEEDS UPDATE To enjoy more features on UE BOOM through app, this speaker needs to be updated to the latest version -send me instructions-“ When I click send me instructions it gives me a link to a Mac or PC and starts addressing an email to you guys.. At least I think it’s to you guys.
