I disagree with the last part. You may have washed off all the debris all around, you’ll still have some potential bacteria and their biofilms that simply won’t get removed from water and mouthwash. However, you can wipe them out through flossing. :)

I just purchased mine, and I wanted to know if it's normal for the water tank to drip from the bottom when I remove it from the base and fill it with water to prepare for use. I'm not sure if mine is defective or if it's supposed to have a water lock feature to keep the tank from dripping on my sink. Thank you.

Why is my water Flosser making a louder noise when I turn on high pressure. Like before it wasn’t as loud as when I use it now, it’s gotten extremely loud. The only time my water Flosser makes a normal noise is when I have it at pressure 2 and 1, any above that number is very loud.
@joshuavega12893 жыл бұрын
Same here I think it’s normal though. I asked all my friends if theirs did the same and they said yes. I guess it’s just louder because of more pressure
@stephboii78343 жыл бұрын
It’s called logic, if you want more pressure, that equals power. More power usually makes it more shaky, so it’s completely normal.
@SusanStuppnig3 жыл бұрын
Do I ever increase the pressure or just keep it at 2? This video does not address pressure increases and I would love to know that scoop, please...

Hi Susan - We recommend that you start out on the lowest pressure setting that is most comfortable for you. You can adjust the pressure gradually as your gums become stronger.

We're sorry to hear your model is no longer charging. Our products do come with a warranty. We would like to look into this issue for you and see if we can help. It is important to remember we do not recommend directing water into the sinuses or other delicate areas. This product can produce high pressure that can cause damage if done so. Hi bo Dunny - We're sorry that you are having this difficulty. Keep in mind that the Ultra model is water-resistant, not waterproof. There is definitely a trick to it. We have found the best advice we can give is to place the flosser in your mouth before turning it on, then make sure you look down into your sink as you go; keep your mouth slightly open so water can drain into the sink.

What is priming ?
@waterpik Жыл бұрын
Priming the unit is necessary for first time use only. To prime, you will need to set the pressure control dial on the base to high (number 10), then point the handle and tip into the sink. Turn the power and water on until water flows from the tip.

Hello Amber - We're sorry you are having difficulty using the product. There is a bit of a learning curve for new users. However, with practice you will learn to do it by feel. It just takes some time getting used to.

You don’t need to “see” yourself in the mirror to FEEL your gum line. Just move the flosser gradually from tooth to tooth and you should be fine. Practice makes perfect. @amberray

Start on the low setting first. Use the brush head and move it along your gum line. You will soon get a feel for it. It's so powerful it could shift cement 🤣so you really dont need to see what your doing. It's a fantastic tool once you get the hang of it.
