When I press the rec button the Sony screen turns off and as soon as I stop the recording the screen turns on again. Do you have a solution for this?

5:10 I purchased a Weebill 2 a few days ago, balanced it according to your previous video (the balance check showed that everything is ok), now I pressed "Auto Calibration - start'" - and the gimbal does not do anything, it says "Error" + some chinese letters (the rest of the menu is in English), and "Calibrate again", and when I press "Calibrate again", it again does not do anything and shows the screen with "Auto Calibration - Start" (and when I press on "Start", it shows the error message in Chinese again.

My touchscreen on the weebill 2 seems to not be very responsive. It doesn't recognise touch very well. Is that normal? I feel like this is getting super annoying. I mean, I am already annoyed and have it for barely 3 hours.

Hi zhiyun. Great products. I bought the Webill 2 pro package along with the master eye controller. I even bought an extra transmount transmission AI for my Weebill s. I have 1 software request. Can you update the Zhiyun Play app to allow a clean fullscreen on smarth device so that i can mirror my device and use it as an input in my switcher for live streams. Also on the master eye would be great if you did add a hdmi out port. This would be a killer feature. I see that there is an usb c port. Can u enable video out through this port so i can use an usb c to hdmi cable to go to switcher

I NEED HELP!!! I just bought the Weebill 2 Combo package which I am trying to use with my Sony A7III Camera, but after balancing and all when I switch on my Camera and the gimbal USB Mass Storage starts connecting and then ends up with the message "check the connected device" on a dark screen! Please can anyone help me solve this problem? Thanks. PS: I am a first time user of the Weebill 2 gimbal!

@@ZhiyunTechGlobal None of the 5 cables that came out of the package had a yellow sticker on it. I have tried the multi USB to type-C cable but it doesn't work and even tried the type-C to type-C cable but still have the same problem!!!

I’ve watched all of these videos and no matter what I do auto calibration results in an “error” and none of the motors ever turn on or work - no matter which mode I’m in and all of the motors are unlocked - I have no clue what’s wrong with this gimbal or if I’ve wasted money on a defective product
