Amazing tutorial. No one mentions the remove background part. This is super complete. I got the option after I was in Live trying to play games showing my computer. I think the algorithm recognized what I was trying to do and gave me the option w about 1200 subs.

Have you ever experienced issue with the software UI? Sometimes it duplicates the sources, sometimes it doesn't save audio settings and it lags a lot...I have a very highend pc, so I'm pretty sure that it's not related to that.

1k followers is the requirement to stream from your phone cameras. It does not mean you get access to every method of streaming. The "requirement" to get a stream key is you have to be in an agency and ask them for one. I've made a list of agencies here: www.toktutorials.com/list-of-agencies The requirements for LIVE Studio vary and are usually 1k, 3k or 10k based on whether TikTok thinks you're a gaming account.

Thanks for the video. HEADS UP: to other viewers. So far Tiktok Live Studio doesn't have these important functions. 1) Live Studio didn't send out notifications and let people know you are live. I get 200- 500 viewers easy in the first few minutes mobile. I had 10 max viewers with Studio 2) Mods can't pin comments, I can't even pin comments. You can't change mods during the live either. 3) You can't see likes total or the hearts on screen even on the tiktok live website on another tab. Likes total would be good. 4) The live title / picture / description settings didn't up date when I changed them in Live Studio.

Live Studio is designed with gaming in mind. It’s much easier to share quality gaming footage using broadcast software than by pointing your phone at a screen. For a musician like yourself though I agree, stick with phone.

I mean it’s only a case of getting a webcam and hooking up all audio through sound card anyway, I may compare the difference, I presume live studio will accept an external webcam as the built in one is trash, I’m guessing I can move the webcam where I want it to be also easily enough.

I managed to set this up last night and stream to Tiktok. one thing i noticed is my blue yeti nano mic sounded aweful and it it didnt optimise the settings i have preconfigured in logitech hub software as bass etc. it sounded tinny. also my camera was very white without much settings to optimise this also. but i know its a new product and more features will be coming soon. The video is automatically saved in your Live Center. To add a background click Add Source and choose the type of background. I am not really sure what type of background you mean but it might be "video" or "image".

unfortunately general purpose laptops are not well suited for livestreaming due to the stresses of video encoding. That said, you can purchase any "webcam" as long as it has a USB cable that plugs into the laptop.

@@sallai4582 UPDATE ***** So I heard a tip and for a few nights in a row I started using the Live Stream feature on my phone but just showing my pc monitor and my mouse/keyboard as the stream. It was a pretty bad perspective and I didnt even have a stand for it. I also sent a "help" message asking TikTok if they could enable my Live Studio Stream feature. I did those 2 things only and about a week or 2 later it popped up on the App I had been given access, I've been streaming since off my PC and its a million times better!

yes and in fact I always recommend multistreaming if your PC and internet can handle it. You will need either 2 cameras or to use OBS virtual camera though. There is a full multistreaming guide on my channel.

how did you restart the set up? when i set mine up the first time it couldn't find my webcam, (turns out it was because i had it open in OBS)so i couldn't set up screen in screen webcam on landscape mode which is how I'd prefer to have it. also, I've noticed that every time i re-open tiktok live studio to stream, all my sources have duplicated but don't work and I have to re-add and resize everything. any ideas how to fix this?

I just uninstalled it and reinstalled it. Also sadly TikTok Studio is full of bugs. I dont have a fix sorry

Have a quick question I have 180 days on my TikTok live studio. What happens when it expires because mines gonna expire soon what do I do? it’s gonna expire in April. Has anyone had this before or want to do?

Just go live at least three times over 25 minutes in the past 30 days and it will auto renew
