Nice tutorial, thank you. I currently use Trello. I also watched your tutorial on Asana (which I haven't used before), and it looked pretty similar to Trello. I'm curious as to exactly why you feel Trello is a better tool for the bigger projects, and Asana is better suited for day-to-day tasks. Is Trello better for integrating the client into the project mgmt process and, if so, why? Is Asana better for day-to-day stuff and, if so, why?

You're very welcome! That is our personal opinion. Trello is more visual and easier to navigate for large teams and clients. Both are great options. I suggest testing both our with your team and see how they respond. Personal preference is a big factor.

Is there a way to see all clients' status? This board shows tasks for just one client. What if we have a hundred or thousand clients where we do the same for each? Idea is the board would show which one is not started, pending or completed.
