any more content on teamwork? I used it for a small agency for a while with like 10-11 projects active at a time. Now I have joined a bigger agency with 100+ projects active. Any tips for streamlining the learning curve in stepping up the volume like this? Would love to have some ways for them to make things easier on the agency as well.

Thank you Stewart. This was a great tool to get started. Can I create a "CRM" type list of our contacts that I really don't want to see other parts of the info in my teamwork project? Just need a place for all vendors and contact info and an option to include them in a group email.

Hey, this is more of a project management tool than a CRM. I would look at getting started with HubSpot for both CRM and task management.

I want to set up an account with you but need to see if will work for my business. I have 2 people in the office who will need to organise projects. I have site workers who I need to accesss only their own work (Not our office work project) I have included the task 'Fitting' in a project. How can I add site workers to the project and restrict them seeing any other tasks?

I know that the free account allows you a capacity of 100 mb. Does that capacity include all the tasks that I can add to my project? o Does it refer only to when I upload documents?
