Watching Jim paint is captivating and exhilarating !!! It’s freeing to observe how he applies paint with such vigor and working the whole painting. I am in love with that! Giving me a whole new energy to get out of my slump.

From Manitoba Canada. I’ve started watching these videos for a short time. Very inspiring. I gave up most of my painting about 30 years ago. Life just happens and so does depression. So hopefully I will get back to something I used to love.

Try to get back to art as soon as you can - even if it’s only a five minute sketch a day. I find art such a great de stress, un wind, calm peaceful and safe happy place to be in. Grab that time for yourself and zone out from other stuff in life so you can restore you. You’ll learn to love it again. Best wishes.
