Well I read those negative comments, but I’ m happy with mine, vacuum hard floors and carpets very decent, mop excelente and is very quiet !! For $ 300 you can’t ask for more!!! Thank you Bissell it help a lot!!

Hey I heard that the Bissell SpinWave had some software related issues. 1. Poor edge cleaning. 2. Sub par coverage. Was wondering if they ever pushed updates to fix these issues? Thanks!

I am returning mine. A swiffer works much better is much quicker and quiet. Save yourself the money and time. It became stuck on thresholds and throw-rugs, it is loud, you have to babysit it while in use. You get what you pay for. Glad to get rid of it.

Are you sure you were using it properly? Anything with suction will move around a flimsy unsecured throw rug. It is supposed to avoid obstacles so if a threshold is high enough to hit the bumper it will turn away.

Same I sent in product info screenshoot and all. I just figured it was the product these were discounted so this may be why.I heard the narwal freo x ultra is where it’s at considering until I see how Roborock works

It was working quite well. But we have a young dog that isn't fully toilet trained. So the Bissel ran over its poo in Wet mode. Now wet mode doesn't work. This has happened twice now. Still had warranty so Bissell replaced it first time it happened. Now have to arrange what to do with the 2nd one.

U might need to see if your warranty could cover a new mop replacement and also wipe the sensors off on the inside and side of the mop attachment
