I did it, but it didn’t do anything on my Yealink phone, it still stayed on the default screen with no update configuration or anything

Incredible video. thank you very much. I'd like to make question. I have this phone with 3cx. When I do blind transfer sometimes the receiver is busy or didn't answer, do you know if there is a way to return the call to the original caller in case it happens. I was looking for but I didn't find it.

@@ramonpariente 3CX does have this feature and it's called "Callback" or "Transfer Back on Busy". This feature can be configured in the admin console at Settings > General > Transfer Back on Busy. Hope this helps!

Hi, if this possible set one voip and call to who owns standard phone and with pc port?

You would need either a PBX or a Hosted Line. You'll also need an IP Phone. The phone well also need to be connected to the internet via a router or switch.

If you mean you want an analog phone to go over the internet, you can use an ATA device connected to a PBX, but if you don't have one you can use another service for VoIP such as magicJACK.

Yes, you can set the IP phone up with 3CX and hook up a sip trunk for outbound calls or use hosted lines from VoipMS or ring central.

That will depends on your PBX and your configuration type. But yes, you can take this desk phone with you while travelling abroad.

@@ishanaggarwal93 I recommend 3CX as it is simple to use and provision. I have a video on provisioning this phone with 3CX as well. If you provision to the cloud with their supported method, it will work anywhere with internet.

Hello Martin, I have problem with my sip phone, my user name and password can work with software sip phone, (tested with android, kos and windows) but when I put my user and pass to my sip phone always register failed, my ip phone yealink t31 and yealink t20, why this Problem can Happen to me.?

If it keeps saying Register Failure, even though that it's the correct credentials, it might be because of a multitude of reasons such as audio codec's, Yealink RPS lock, etc. When provisioning, try checking the 3CX Management Console Logs as it will help you determine the issue with the phone. By that, do you mean that you want to be able to retrieve a call that is ringing on another phone? You will be able to do that using BLF line keys.
