I walk you through how to perform a SWOT Analysis on your business idea, plus we go through exploring our direct and indirect competitors.

I just want to add that people with disabilities such as myself are learning ways to also work from home. Also coming from the Tiny House community the growth of people working mobile and off grid to sustain their lifestyle is huge! Be it vanlife, bus life, Tiny House etc, requires less income but more creative ways for an income stream. My partner & I were able to afford ourselves to work from home by running the first Tiny House Festival in Australia. We will continue to do so when we finally get to run our second one. However, due to covid, this has forced me back to looking into ways to create an online business and am going back to my creative roots. I have decided to focus my efforts on PDF sewing patterns due to the growing domestic sewing community. More and more people are realising simplicity is better, DIYing, going back to basics, minimalism, sustainability etc. It all fits!
