This is by far the best varial heel tutorial I’ve seen on KZbin. For me the crucial point was 1:17. You have to put lots of pressure on your Heel as it hangs off the board.

tanks for does tutorials I wonder how to do good rock to fakies on a ramp. I have trouble to land 50 50 on a very small a stiff square rail do you have some advices for balancing and exit it boat ways backside and frontside I jump way higher of the rail I thinck that is one of my commun mistake. and tanks for the sugestions

I can do varial heelflips darkside (half a flip) and some times a full spin but when i get the full spin only my heels tend to land on it? I have front shuvits down and heelflips pretty well too both moving so i not sure why im not landing this :// any advoce? Thanks

Concentrate on flipping with your heel more, maybe hang it further off the board and when you jump, lean back as in heel side. that way when you land on the board you have jumped back a bit and your feet would have landed a bit more centred, instead of just on your heels. Hope that helps man:)
