It's 29 jan and Day 1 👍🏻(usually i wake up 8.30am but today I wake up at 7.30) • Hey it's day 2 it's 30 jan.. I wake up at 7.40 , • Hey it's yesterday 31 jaan I wake up 7.15 😁 • Hey it's 1 Feb I wake up 7.50 •Hey it's 4th fav.. I'm wake up lil late due to puja..(2nd and 3rd fav I wake up around 7.30) • 5th fav not early

Some people naturally wake up early like me and my son. But my daughter wakes up late even if she sleeps early, she can deep sleep till 11-12. Me and my son even if we go to bed 1-2pm we wake up by 7-8. I think it's genetic as well. My daughter one of the best students in her class, she's violinist and pianist. She gets top marks in maths, English, geography and science. Spelling bee champion. She studies herself. On the other hand my son and myself good at drawing, making things. We don't get highest possible marks but 110 out of 120 and get distinction in art. My daughter is good at drawing too but cooking or any other household jobs nope and she is not interested to socialise with people. She talks little but my son never can stay alone and quiet. He plays guitar, drum and trumpet. I don't interfere in their natural life. They are different people and growing up their own way using their own routine. I only maintain good food, manners, exercises, less phone,TV or PC. ❤❤❤ I don't think we need anything strict routine. As long as we are happy and healthy life is good.

I thank God for connecting me to you Amma. Did u remember that I shared wid u that I have got mbbs seat 3yrs ago. Maa am not able to make my life better . Am becoming dull and hopeless everyday. 3:8 , Sorry but jumping immediately sometimes can cause problem, because while sleeping the rate of flow of blood in our body is little slower . So sudden change in blood flow , heart beat rate and breathing can cause problem. So , Just relax and do deep breathing and walk 🚶‍♀️ slowly How much i know i have written, IF ANYTHING IS WRONG, SORRY ❤
