I want a longer video on this exact topic, I'm just doing basic bodyweight exercises like pushup, pull-ups, squats and lunges, but I do feel the need to do a warm-up or stretch but can't really figure out how or what to do to not tire myself while doing them

A little misleading. The research says that STATIC stretching reduces power. The dynamic warm up you recommended is just another type of stretching. So you should stretch before your workout, just with dynamic stretches.

But wouldn’t a person’s profession(like a desk job) require some prior stretching before a dynamic warm up. For example stiff ankles, wrists, upper back due to long hours of sitting

Depends on your goals! Stretching to increase ROM is useful, but has to done properly! Researching programming and making time for your different goals over the course of a week can be a real game changer. Those long static stretches, can be worthwhile to enhance recovery! So making time during the week for stretching is a good idea but in a different context (not a warm up) but definitely useful in other ways!

Essentially stretching causes your muscles to be at a shorter muscle length. This reduces muscle torque and in turn, a reduction in strength.

Mirabai is from Manipur in 'North-East India', a beautiful tropical region bordering Himalayas & SE Asia, that's arguably d most ethnically/racially/culturally/linguistically diverse region in d world, home 2 hundreds of indigenous/tribal communities who're native 2 that stunning part of India.

Yes, but unless you are lifting near your 1rm, simply moving in the ROM of the excercise you will be doing is good enough. If you will be squatting, take your knees, back, feet, and simply squat with no load/light load. After a few reps, you should have worked out the kinks and gotten a feel for your current performance. The body is designed to move and work… you dont need a complicated routine to warm up. Take a longer time to warm up if you want to reach at your current potential.
