We use Black walnut for skin issues, especially anything fungal related. It is also excellent for remineralizing teeth. People often use Black walnut as part of a parasite cleanse because of the compound juglone in the green hulls. I always have this on hand. It is just a basic Herbal First aid item.

Both Dandelion leaves (the herb) and roots are used in modern herbal medicine. Dandelion leaf tea or extracts are diuretic and high in potassium. The leaf may help to replace potassium lost in urination. Older clinical case reports confirm diuretic activity. Leaf tea is used in phytotherapy for stimulating appetite and relieving dyspepsia and relieve gastrointestinal problems. It also confirmed anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, and antibacterial activity and is suggested as a research subject for the prevention and treatment of type 2 diabetes. Cautions: Contraindicated in obstruction of the bile duct and gallbladder, according to Stephen Foster in Culpepper's Complete Herbal.

How to dry the dandelion root? Tanks a lot dear

You can let them dry on paper towels, until they snap when you try to break them. I have other videos on drying herbs, if you type in "Sheep Hill Herbs Drying"
