Got a poseidon 2 for 4 or 5 years. Great jacket. (just bought the triple gore-tex dominator 3 + pants). NEver could really wash it properly. It's very very dirty now. Starting to leak around the elbow. Just bought a brand new dryer so that I can perform as revit does as I would really love to keep my pricey dominator 3 gear in pristine condition. Will carefully watch this video to the end. Then try with my poseidon 2 and with my dominator gear when I receive the revit gore-tex detergent which was out of stock for 6 month at least. (can't find a proper liquid detergent required per gore-tex/revit recommandation withtout softener etc.. in my local supermarket)

@@MotoAndyyeah. thanks. I'll watch it too then. I saw another video of a man using nikwax products. Much much cheaper. he used it in his video with super dirty gear. It worked very nice. I canceled my order of revit overpriced product an hour ago when I found the video I'm telling you about.

@@franckmalers2299 to clean very dirty places on the jacket, such as grease, you can use this Hey Sport detergent and a very soft brush and gently scrub the dirty place.

@@MotoAndyI guess I'll be able to do the same with the other product I have on hand. nickwax. It's also a dual thing. one for wash and one for impregnation. I'll do that. thanks mate.

Ben washing my Posseidon jacket for four years now , always soaked it and washed it by hand using nik-wax tech wash , then reproof it using nik- wax tx- direct wash in by hand , works a treat fully waterproof afterwards + big tip ? Don’t buy white motorcycle gear 🤪😊👍👍

I have the same jacket. you dont have to remove shoulder and albowe protector becuse they are made of rubber only remove the back protector.i dry it i tumbler all the way from it come out of wash mashine very wet to dry and its works well just use low heating program. use the special goretex detergent and never use softener it will damage the goretex membran.I have washed mine now 5-6 times and jacket is still nice and waterproff.

Good tips and tricks. Same tips and tricks works with others too. And that is really nice jacket for the wizard MotoAndy the White. My tip: I made my grey moto gears dirty with some brown rusty paint as a new so that they look rat style even when clean. 😂 Fashions come and go but STYLE STAYS - I LOVE RAT N ROCK N ROLL STYLE💀👹👺🔥♠️♥️♣️♦️🃏
