Thanks for choosing this topic. Being a hobbyist with many trees in development I’ve found the use of a moisture meter to be extremely helpful. My limited experience has shown that almost every tree I have has specific watering requirements based on pot size, root development, species water needs etc. if you’re not an advanced hobbyist My advice is get a moisture meter and learn your tree’s watering requirements. Thanks, keep growing
