this is the best technique for larger boards as well. Having your back foot over the edge of the board adds stability and prevents pull overs when pointing down wind too much when initially powering the wing

I tried this technique this weekend. It worked! I have a Fanatic Sky Wing 110l. I was on the bay with a 1-2' chop. I have gotten up from Kneeling to Normal stance, but I struggled in chop going from my knees to Goofy. This adjustment made all of the difference. Thank You! Great TIP!

I like your technique. And your accent! A Spanish accent sounds so much more pleasant than us Germans speaking English. I tried it on a bigger board and it worked so much better (and faster) than kneeling on both knees. I am gonna try this on my step down board just today. (75 Litres for 75 Kilos...). Thank you very much for the advice!

How does this work in wavy conditions?

Hardly a low volume board - 80 litres and he is 85 kgs. Need to see explanation where board is 20 to 40 litres less than rider weight.

Jack Rieder from Airush has a very good how to video for sinker boards. I think his board was 16L in the video.
