I’m so grateful for your channel and all you share. I’ve spent years wearing skinny jeans and baggy shirts and looking top heavy. I’ve recently switched over to wide leg shorts and pants with fitted tops and it makes all the difference, like you said! I feel so much more confident and cute!

Totally agree side leg trousers with fitted tops look fantastic and hide the tummy, as layering with a jacket or cardigan. Another very interesting and helpful video Marlene xx

Hi Marleen, thank you for your outfit choices. I’m slowly getting to grips with the French tuck. It does look amazing on others, like yourself, but I’m still learning. I am apple shape, but have big legs & bum, I’m from an Afro Caribbean background. I wear black mainly, leggings. If it’s a formal event, I’ll wear a pretty blouse/top if it’s a casual do I’ll wear t shirts/sweatshirts & Bardot styled top. They work for me. Love seeing your style. Yo looked great in the shorts especially with the belted blazer. That was WPW❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

I used to have figure 8...now it's got the added caterpillar pre menopausal tummy. But I go up and down..started to be more top heavy and smaller lower half. Talk about complicated 😅😊. I get good ideas from you and have started to re ware shorts. Because I like them. Still can't do the tuck but I'm now thinking about belts. So thankyou for the inspirations❤.

I just started watching the video and enjoy seeing tips and tricks to hide my what looks like an eight month pregnant belly. I definitely think the biggest thing is what you feel comfortable in. I personally would not feel comfortable in shorts that are super baggy. Even though they did skim the tummy I don’t like it when it’s too big on my legs. Versus I totally wear bike shorts, but with a baggy oversize T-shirt and my stomach is still covered. I feel more comfortable that way 😅
