Thanks Christopher for your great video. I have a lot in Washington in an ocean front community that I was going to build on and bailed. We aren’t in a hurry to sell the lot but are going to try to FSBO. It is the last buildable ocean front lot in the community with all preliminary infrastructure completed. I will use your strategies to try to market the property to builders. Thank you. I am also intrigued by your business and will follow you. Who knows where this might lead.

hey im young and going to be a real estate agent then investor and was wondering: Is it a really good idea for a realtor to find clients that are investors? so that they can secure multiple deals a year and have a never ending client because just one investor would be able to get you your yearly salary if there good investors buying a lot every year.
