Just hit the subscribe button guys. Keep up the great work. I’ve been a Real Estate agent for over 3 years now and I’ve been busting my butt off! I now work with big investors and just got my third Million dollar deal under contract, closed on the first two. I have two multi million dollar deals I look forward to getting under contract in the next week or so and would be coming into about $300k. I did plan to wipe out all of my debt completely and then start saving for my own multi family deals. I’m licensed in WV and OH and always looking to add people to my buyers list as I do a lot of cold calling. Would love to talk to you guys one day about getting into serious investing! I’m 23 now but still grinding daily. Keep up the great content!

HOWEVER in some states they are changing the laws and wholesalers will soon be required to hold a real estate license. This will change the game drastically. Also other states are flat out making wholesale illegal as in their eyes it is a deceptive practice in which buyers can be hidden.

Ethical wholesale is the future

@@random-bs1gh What exactly is "ethical wholesale" To some people any amount of profit from this practice is unethical.

@@redtiger7268 Any person has the right to own their business becoming an investor so on the contract it would state that. You would buy or assign if need be. It’s an option that should stay available. Does the practice have bad ppl who suck at it? Yes but that can’t be a stain on everyone.

I have 70k and can’t figure out how to turn it into 5k in passive income. $2500 is the minimum I would need to live freely and not work. The rule of 25 says I need 750k
