As a professional debate bro myself, I can confirm that she is mostly correct here. I will say however that her rhetorical approach is too formulaic for my liking. I'd much rather take an unorthodox approach and just have a good understanding of the subject matter, as well as knowing my sources. You also need to be able to adjust your approach depending on what the debate is on and who your opponent is.
