I say semifinals 2 in the video but this was actually the second finals of 3 matches, the OG vod said semis 2 but this was actually finals 2.
also they only score 17 points in auto but if you add on 6 point bonus and 8 point pos corner its 31 points, which is pretty nuts.
VEX V5 Robotics Competition High Stakes is a game where two alliances compete to score more points than the other:
Field: A 12' x 12' square field with a ladder, stakes, mobile goals, and rings
Alliances: Two alliances, one red and one blue, each made up of two teams
Objective: Score more points than the opposing alliance by scoring rings on stakes, placing mobile goals, and climbing the ladder
Scoring: Each ring scored on a stake is worth one point, and the top ring on each stake is worth three points
Mobile goals: Hexagonal scoring objects with a maximum diameter of 10 inches and an overall height of 14.5 inches
Ladder: Located in the center of the field, with three levels and one high stake
Match: Consists of a 15-second autonomous period followed by a 1 minute and 45-second driver controlled period
Rules: Rings can only be counted for points once, and you cannot touch scored rings or mobile goals in the positive corners during the last 15 seconds of the match

yep, i'm the driver of the positive corner red team, we losed the auton, because my alliance team's robot was overheat, ending the game in a draw

Also the recommendation luke gave of holding wall stake so people cannot take any rings of is illegal by rule G7, don’t clamp your robot to the field.

its not clamping onto the field, its just not moving after scoring, which isnt against the rules
