I have a Kingmax G0302 direct drive, which is really similar to the Jack H2. My bobbin winds at a snail’s pace, even though I have the machine on full speed, is there a way to adjust the speed for the bobbin winder?

Sounds like you need a visit to the mechanic to get the winder adjusted internally. The winder should wind at the same speed the machine is running as it is a rubber wheel running against a metal drive wheel on the main shaft inside the machine head.

What are the common problems of the a5e ? Is the closed oil pan an issue? No oil changes ever?
@ozcommercialsewingmachines Жыл бұрын
I haven't found any real issues with the A5E, you will need to do an oil change every 2 years depending on the amount of use. If you are using it all the time like in a factory setting then maybe every 6 months to a year.

Thank you. Do you need to oil the jack h2 other than the sump

Hi Adele. Yes, you can remove the upper end/side cover by removing the 3 screws, and lightly oiling the the reciprocating parts, and needle and presser bars. Thank you for the comment, Peter or myself will make a video on this soon.

Is there extra feet with Jack?
@ozcommercialsewingmachines Жыл бұрын
All industrial machines come with one standard foot, there are literally hundreds of different feet for specific purposes, your local machine supplier can provide these.

i am hoping you can help me. I am looking at a used jack straight stitch and the owner can't tell me what kind of bobbin it takes. Can you tell me if it is the same as a juki or a different bobbin type? please and thank you
@ozcommercialsewingmachines2 жыл бұрын
The JACK straight stitch machines use a "L" class bobbin, it could be the same depending on your machine as some machines also take a "M" class bobbin.

@@ozcommercialsewingmachines i think it is an A5 walking foot? The person selling it wasn't the owner and can't tell me a lot of the smaller details

@@evelynsmith2379 all of the “A” series machines are drop feed, or normal feed, light duty machines, the medium duty, walking foot machines are the “H” series...as in...H2, H5 and H6, there is also the 2060g, and 2030g available in this class.
