@8:15 Electrician didn't screw up the speaker. You didn't back the screw out all the way so that the leg could swivel back into its stowed position.

What’s the best way to run wires if you don’t have a crawl space above or below, I.e finished basement below and bedrooms above the floor you want to wire home theatre speakers?

Where the extra cuts on the bottom necessary? You can use the speaker cutouts already made and use a flexbit to drill through the speaker cutouts to the bottom. You can then push a glowrod to the top and retrieve your wiring.

My home has built in ceiling speakers. All I can find under a cabinet next to the TV is the circuit plate shown at 12:06. Is that what my receiver should connect to? There are speakers on several floors and outside.
