I just found out my state established laws that let me do Notaries from home...I don't drive so this works well for me.. Now I have to get RON Certification..

If you are doing E-Notary only you only need a computer with headset like I use my Macbook and airpods.

As of last checking TX does not give out of state commission authorization so no you cannot. You can double check with your Secretary of State to see if any new laws have passed.
