So helpful this is, I struggle with emotions and realize because of these videos I am fighting them because I don't want them. I just realised I look at them with frustration and anger because I want them to go away since I am focussing on positive thoughts and behaviour. So I don't understand why I feel sadness and heavy inside instead of light and happy wich I felt at first. This helps me to accept, thank you so much I am so grateful 🙏💖
