I have a neck flex and I love it. I'd like to purchase some stronger resistance bands to clip on it for more resistance. You have any good recommendations?

I’m getting back into cycling after being away for 10 years . Never had any problems even on 100 mile rides. Now after about 30 miles I have trouble holding my head up. Would this help me strengthen my neck.

Do we do 30 reps x3 sets x4 sides? Or 30 reps each side, 120 reps total for the entire neck exercise? Also, what level resistance band?

It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish with your training. But yes, typically, your reps will be between 20 and 30 for all sides of the neck. With the resistance band that comes with the Neck Flex, that 20 to 30 rep range will take average to strong people into failure.

You don't need additional weights because you can get a variety of resistances with the band.

Go to the net flex website they now sell them with a chain to add weights
