Hey bro, how did u remove the cap so easily!!?? Wow I did it.with the cap on and I was dying with loss of patience mines the g35 coupe tho, Can I remove it??

Randy Khieu I kinda just wedged my fingers into the small line/gap between the painted mirror cap and the mirror its self and and just pulled, it’s held in by tabs

This may be too late but if you go to autozone and by wrap there , it comes with a kit and with some prying tools and you just put them in between the cracks

You honestly dont wanna use too much heat, any heat at all tbh, it will lift quick wont last, do it cold stretch next time or even warm stretch and start on a harder point instead of the easy flat top, you will end up with less gathers/fingers that way
