Was wondering how to put a 45deg Shafer on to edge of a straight pocket that goes in to a corner with a .25 Radius and then turned in to a .5 straight and then back to a .25 Radius and straight out. I know everything but how to get cutter to go around .25 Radius and straight again and back around other Radius and straight out. Started new job and everything is program at machine being new and just learning No one wants to help and I learned most everything off of you just want to thank you for doing these video's

Hello Tom I’ve been warching your videos for so long now. I am very thankful of your work so far. In the program i think you should be writing G3...R1.000 instead of R.75 G3...R..75 Instead of R.5 G3...R.5 instead of R.25 G3...R.5 instead of R.25 Please do explain Thanks a lot

Remember that you are writing a tool path based on the center line of the tool. So if the tool is offset by .250 (half the diameter)then the radius of the tool is also offset by that much. Hope that helps. Thanks. Tom
