Hi Jarek, With respect to organizing the quotes into word documents. It seems what you are explaining and describing is basically coding the literature of articles. Couldn't we simply organize this data by coding it within a sofware program by simply uploaded the articles and coding extracts from various articles into themes similar to thermatic anaylsis of our study? We could write memos along side of each coded data in our own words? From their we can then organize these memos of the literature review into the various sections of the chapter subheadings and then download it into our chapter?

Hi Jeff, exactly - using data analysis software will make the process 100x better if one has the luxury of access to data analysis software

U r such an advocate of Analysis on Nvivo then please could you also do a video about Lit reviews in Nvivo. It is so efficient. Infact I follow your advice in this video but instead of copy pasting things in Ms word, I code the things i want to keep under specific codes. I have a seperate folder called Literature coding.
