Start with a verb - An action word that will drive action and it has to be NOW. Formulate a present tense so it drives the action now. 2. Define the commitment - What will the brand actually do? 3. Include who you're for - Be specific about who target, whether it's the target audience or the broader world. 4. Top quality as always..i'm just wondering when we say the benefits that customers will get, are we referring to brand purpose? or they'r more of a short term and more immediate and tangible outcomes, compared to the broad long term and biger image that the purpose is about?
