Hey Jon. Can you put together a master index to all your videos like in a Google doc? Sometimes I can't find ones you refer to. Heck make access a bonus for people who subscribe.

I'm inspired to create my first VSL using NowVSL software and training, which I purchased a while back but was too intimidated to even look at until now. Seriously, what is my problem? It isn't the writing that intimidates me, it's the technical stuff that is required to create the "presentation" (aka video). I don't have a lot of the recommended tech stuff to play with. However, I am "Scrappy" and I will do the best I can with what I have. My first one doesn't have to be perfect, it just has to get done. Regardless of how much my first one potentially sucks, I am learning a lot and having fun. My next one will be better, and the next one after that will be even better. A wise teacher once taught me to "start where you are and just keep putting one foot in front of the other one until you get where you want to go". Even with a tool like Now VSL Zee, it can feel daunting. Do you have Autowrite? That's an additional feature, but it auto-creates the entire VSL script. Then you just fill in the blanks. If you don't have it, shoot an email to support@jonbenson.com and they can help. And yeah, having fun is THE key to this. Keep us all posted!

Jon, what is a good percentage of people clicking the button?
@JonBensonSalesCopySecrets3 жыл бұрын
Hey there Fellipe. It varies on many things: price point, traffic source quality, etc. On average a good CTR (click through rate) is is 2% or so for an ad displayed by search. So someone looking for a topic finds it and clicks. Now, if you have a KZbin video that matches that search, it can be much higher: like 45%. Email is higher: 2.5-3% (although this varies wildly; I've received 15% on some emails). Buttons on a sales page can be much higher with shopping cart abandonment being the issues. Using these buttons I teach, I can hit 40-70% CTR on a sales page or higher. Your target is really conversion rates - and the top sales pages have over 10% conversions. That too is VERY much determined by multiple factors: price point, brand, etc. Hope this helps!
@FellipeFerini3 жыл бұрын
@@JonBensonSalesCopySecrets Wow, amazing level of response! Thank you from my heart... I'm from Brazil and I apply everything I learn with you here... Today I use Facebook Ads, in my ads I have a 8% of CTR click on the link (CPC of US$ 0.10). Of those people who go to the site, about 6.5% click the buy button (my VSL is 18 minutes, with the first CTA in 13 minutes). And of the people who go to the checkout, about 20% buy.... In summary, my page has a 1.8% conversion. Now that you've mentioned the averages, I'm going to improve my VSL...

Hi I'm from Brazil. Is there a way to buy this product here? E This product is only valid for copies in English or can I adapt them to copies in Portuguese too? Thanks.

Currently it's only in English Bruno. it's FAR better for you to adapt the copy to Portuguese than for us to do that, as it woudl sound really bad.

Hey Jon love your work. I have a question if you don't mind... Given that your winning VSL structure so to speak has been copied by many e.g Russel B etc and used as a template for a lot of selling online, do you think people switch off a bit when then see the same structure e.g you have two options where to go 1) the easy route 2) buy my product... Every sales video I've ever seen seems to incorporate this and I was wondering if you think this is not an issue and that i'm probably only exposed to it and attuned to it because I follow this sort of stuff a lot or do you think it's really important to put your own spin on stuff to make it different? Thanks!
@JonBensonSalesCopySecrets3 жыл бұрын
Thank you Tom! That's a common question, and the answer is the "life of its own" principle. Whenever you 'just' use a template by itself, and let's say you put hardly any of your own voice into it, then it stands a chance of being picked up on and the user will window out. That's why I offer training in Now VSL (extensive training) and AI Rewrite in CopyPro -- fresh versions appear. Even with the most cursory analysis of the training in Now VSL. Think of this like you would, say, an episode of Friends. They ALL run on the same basic scripts and formulas - only the words and hooks change. Same thing here. You have a long, long timeline to play with. Hope this helps.
