Hi, please can you use it for doing a review article?

Yes, you can use an annotated bibliography to gather and summarise sources for a review article - it’s a great way to organise your ideas before you write!

Is a systematic review more scientific than other reviews? Systemic reviews are somehow difficult to conduct in social sciences and it is also time consuming. Is traditional review sufficient in review, dissertation and thesis writing?

Systematic reviews can be more structured and rigorous, but traditional reviews are often sufficient for many theses and dissertations, especially in social sciences. It depends on your research goals - both have their place!
