I learned too late that at the core of every online business is copywriting. It's exactly as what Vanessa said: you need really good copywriting for your website, captions, CTAs, emails, etc. Spending some time to learn how to write better is going to give your conversion rates a boost for sure (of course your main content must be good).

Hi Vanessa! You prove that delivery is more important than anything. I could listen to you read instruction manuals because you are so chirpy and positive. I used to think that since IG is a visual platform the captions don't matter, especially since so many people (influencers) use proverbs and famous quotes constantly. However many years later, I realize that "clickbait" headlines are important.
