Thank you Alex! I have noted checking 1001 fonts in the future! I have used Recollections Signature Especial colored markers from Michaels but do need to use the Dollar Tree pencil grips to make them thicker for the B clamp in my Explore to grab. They are like brush strokes!
@DIYAlex3 жыл бұрын
Good to know! :)
@True_Joker3 жыл бұрын
You can also just remove the pen holder that came with it and use rubber bands to adjust for the fit of various size pens. And warning... Be careful using brush pens! The machine will mess them up BAD! Unless... A number of things to consider here.. one- know your font or micro manage your machine. What i mean by that is if you know your pens & fonts well enough and take the time to carefully select a font and spacing that will allow u to either hover over the machine and u care to pause & play so that it picks the pen up at the end of every stroke before changing direction, the same as if you were writing it by hand. Or use the everyday crayola or something. I have both. I'm a HUGE Crayola junkie! I love love love them!! But i also wouldn't run my signature series or Tombows thru the cricut without micro managing my machine. Becareful.. unless your pocket book is better padded than mine, anyway!

Design space is the same no matter what machine you have. Go to the top of the screen and find operation. In the drop down menu choose draw. Only some fonts will have a drawing option that’s single line, but that’s where you find it. ☺️

Hi! I am hoping you can help. I would like to write a quote line on a photo mat board, I tried a font but what I find is that the circuit marker 0.4/bleeds and the writing is not sharp/neat so the end product is not very nice. Is there a way to prevent this? Can you suggest something better? I also cut the same quote on card stock 65lbs with contouring effect it’s good but again when glueing the inner pieces like the “ a, e, b,etc”” I find it lacks a professional touch. Thanks

HELP! How do you make the size of the font fit onto the paper without it being all smooshed together? I am trying to write a letter on cardstock, and if I make the font small enough to fit onto it, it smooshes it together and it is no longer legible.
