Great video. My father worked for Oster and they pronounce their company name, O-ster.

you can press the two blades teeth side down on a flat surface like a glass table so the blades are perpendicular to the table to obtain zero gap. you can hold it at a 35 ish degree angle with the moving blade on the inside to get a slightly less than zero gap to make sure they won't nick people

I don't know why you straigtened the prongs with the plyers. Also, I had a difficult time finding extra set o screws. Can anyone recommend please?

Good look on this bro. I assume you can do the same to zero gap the pager 76 blades like the 00000?

Do you know what kind of screws those are? One of mine fell out at work and I can’t find it anywhere I’m sure it’s long gone. It’s obviously loose now I need to get another screw😩

The moving cutter blade section is not meant to align with the front of the stationary blade; It's meant to be set back so it will cut as it moves at an angle to your skin. If it's aligned, or even close, the moving blade/s will "scratch" ! Google/Search "Oster T Trimmer" / Images, & if you look closely at the cutting edge's of new units, you'll see that the moving blade is set back from the stationary blade. It is, however, important to assure that that the moving blade runs parallel to the stationary blade, rather than at an angle!
