Your ability to communicate is incredible. Most judo coaches can't explain and break down concepts to save their lives.

The amount of knowledge you're dropping is amazing. The consistency is so on point. Criminally underrated channel. We don't deserve it!

the depth of these concepts is such that every time one watches this, it increases understanding further. For real. edit: after this, I was watching a SHohei Ono highlight video and noticed he does this 3 pillar approach all the time. Thank you

So glad you're able to watch judo now! It's a game changer when you're able to see it. The next level is feeling it!

Thank you so much for this i’m a newcomer in a dojo full of blackbelt so the teachers mainly focus on specific techniques! It will help me a lot to know what i should do in a randori

I see all the lessons are the same in my dojo too. Now the question is: "how enter for a throw when opponent resist and try to block us?" Make all this when uke doesn't react is more easy. Please help me to understand how enter when uke is more strong and put many power and doesn't let me do anything. Thank a lot in advance.
