I can't tell you how much of an inspiration you've been to me, Amit! I started watching your videos last year and even messaged you about my fear of removing my system and going out without a hat eventually (you understood but said just go ahead and shock people, they don't really care and you are absolutely right!). Well, I got it done end of Sept 2023 and I've been gaining more and more confidence in just going ahead and leaving the house without a hat. Man, it felt like going out without my pants for quite a while!! Anyway, I am at end of 6 months but it is still really thin. I got 4400 grafts. Please tell me that in month 7, 8 and 9 it will get thicker.
@amitposthair9 ай бұрын
thats amazing man!! glad you finally got it done! eventually you'll look back and will ask yourself why didnt you do it sooner haha. And yes month 7, 8 & 9 should be much thicker. Around the 9 month mark is when the density really starts to show!

Looks great. You did well considering it was Vera Clinic as I know they are in the Reddit Hairloss experts hair mill for clinics (but everyone acknowledges even a hair mill can have hits). Getting mine done for 2000-2500 grafts with Dr Turan soon and honestly can’t wait. It’s been a big insecurity for me and I only started to notice my hair loss at 35! Anyway, happy for you and may the crown growth continue!
@amitposthair9 ай бұрын
thank you! Yeah Vera is truthfully a hair mill but they have had some phenomenal results, which was one the main reasons i went, and it paid off! But glad you're gettning yours done soon, hope your hair growth is as stellar as mine was!

Hey Amit - your videos have been amazing! One of the reasons I found out about Vera, and yes they're so called titled a 'hair mill' but I think Vera are one of those higher quality clinics. From my experience back in Nov 2023 - it wasn't as busy as I expected, there was at best 4-5 patients so I think their promise to individualized quality was ok! Currently just gone past the 4 month mark (17 weeks) and excited for months 5 to 6+!
@amitposthair9 ай бұрын
thanks!! Yeah vera is a hair mill but i agree it is a higher quality clinic. They're results speak for themselves! Hope your growth is coming along nicely too!

Hi Amit, Thank you so for posting this video. I always appreciate and respect your honesty. I have returned from Istanbul after having a second transplant. First had the FUE. I did contact Vera clinic for the DHI transplant. But, their prices were rather high so I went to another clinic. I am hoping to achieve the same results as you. If I do not, I won't have a 3rd transplant. I will have to get the Scalp micro pigmentation tattoo. Fingers crossed I do not need a 3rd transplant or the SMP tattoo
@amitposthair9 ай бұрын
yeah Vera nowadays is quite costly because of how popular they've become. I think as long as you find a clinic you're comfortable with then it should be fine. I will manifest for you that you get great results like me!! you got this!

I recently got a DHI hair transplant (8 days ago) and now my scalp is beyond dry and my grafts (4,000 total) are extremely hard to touch and very dry too. I have not been using any lotions or moisturizers since my clinic did not offer any. They only advised to wash with baby shampoo and now my recipient area is even drier and more agitated. Should I be worried about my grafts getting damaged from too much dryness? I kid you not, my head feels like a stiff rock. Any feedback is greatly appreciated 🙏🏼
@sinanbezirgan75479 ай бұрын
Even though I was spraying my scalp with a so called moisture spray twice a day, first 2 weeks my scalp was dry af too. Big cracks appeared on my scalp and I had the same kinda doubts you had now. Fast forward I am 7 months after ht and I could not be any happier with my results so that dryness didnt damage any follicules for me but you should still be using a few products to combat dryness

Hi thanks for video, Its good cost you got, Just wanted to inform you may be it will benefited for others, If transplant done by experience doctor cost varies from place to place, Its good for who can travel India and B town cities In India, cost is way cheaper, I done my surgery around 1500 CAD for 4100 grafts that covers my baldness grade 5/6 in India with Doctor not from Technician.. And found very satisfied.. So people choice if they want to travel Turkey or India , India is way cheaper for this case.. Pls comments or you add in upcoming videos.. i can give doctor name or his you tube link..
