If he is an American citizen and he is doing this, you need to approach the American Embassy, there are things you can do. Contact the American Embassy, Kenyan authorities will do nothing but there are other ways to go around this. If he is a businessman in the US, his customers can all be contacted noone wants to be associated with a thug. One thing you need to do is keep proof of everything, names of those thugs, get photos if you can. Whatever damage he has done, take photo's, where ever you are seating, sleeping if on the floor, take pictures as proof that he has taken everything. If he is an American, please disclose his name and the state he is living in.

I don't justify disrespect to his mother, but if his mother is in favour of other siblings who makes no effort to seek work but expect their brother to be the source of their income and shelter and using their mother as a scapegoat to continue abusing him financially, yes ofcourse there gonna be disagreements in family, parents need to teach their sons and daughters of quality discipline of teamwork, and quality decency of being independent. Anyway two side of the coin two side of the story.
