How WE Bottle Dandelion Wine(OH My- it did not turn out how we planned)

This video shows how Peter and I bottled our Dandelion Wine!

I've made wine before, same process with the carboy and the airlock. And yes, it was very potent! Never tried dandelion but did peach, strawberry, apple and grape. Did some experimentation with amount of sugar and types of wine yeast. Every batch was different. So much depends on the natural sugars in your fruit.

It was very fruity! Its funny, but everyone always suggests making Dandelion wine in the.spring and now we finally can say we actually did it! A great experience and ill totally do it again! Thank you for viewing and have a great evening! Lynette and Peter

I never thought about making wine with Dandelion. Sad how we are taught that they are weeds when in fact they are a very nutritious herb. I pray yall get the rain you need and thanks for sharing.
